[FWDLK] Steering Play

 I replaced that rubber piece a few years ago - got it from Andy
Bernbaum [he labels it an insulator].   That little, inexpensive piece
of rubber must be responsible for a lot of unnecessary work and $
rebuilding steering boxes !!!
