Tony Boatman emailed me, today, to report that, none-other than Paul
Garlick (! : per my previous, of yesterday) is the owner/creator
of the 61 Plodge-----that @ least explains that the same PLY, which
gave-up its front-body-clip
also surrendered its 'toilet-seat' trunk!!
Altho the car is beautifully 'rendered' (in both senses of that-word) ,
I now can only conclude that it's merely a custom-fabrication------Paul
REALLY (I now realize) gave-away the 'joke', when he (tongue-in-cheekly)
mentioned the "factory recall" of the 61's, based upon their
"appearance"; Paul IS a big-fan of the 61's, & does do excellent quality
work------AND, that black-painted tail light housing IS a 'trademark',
of his!
