I guess if you were trying to shave 2-3 tenths off a trip down the strip, this might work, but I doubt it. Even if true, isn't that the main reason that there are Hemi's? To get a more even, controlled burn rate (explosion) of the fuel? The only reason I know to add extra seals is to get the plug up out of the cylinder, to prevent oil fowling, but never say never.
