Not too bad of a movie. At least had ForwardLook Mopars in it. It was obvious that it was prepared for theater release, as it had a lot of dialog "blanked out", and a couple nude shots (art class and drawings on a bathroom wall) where the upper regions of the female anatomy were "fogged". How do they do that anyway? Vaseline?
The parts of the movie with the '60 Plymouth were particularly interesting, but short, and the '59 "B" car that was used for the crash into the pumpkin wagon was over in a flash, and you really had to look to see it was a '59, vice the '60 they had already shown.

Well, just saw the movie. Not surprised it's not in a theater near you, and straight to the USA network. Unlike the book, the movie is kindof a dog. Wayyyy too many flashbacks and "supposed to be eerie or spooky" flash-ins of the mom character, etc.
But I did enjoy the Plymouth scenes. Also thought there was a fin or two in the scene where he hides in the old reefer. And I liked the International pickup driven by the rednecks who chased him. I wonder how one could obtain the painting of the Plymouth at the very end of the movie?
