[FWDLK] Manifold casting #

Hi all. Need help to try and identify a Poly four barrel intake manifold. The casting # is 1619826. I have tried everywhere and can't find this number. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.  Monte Henderson, 58 Belvedere Sport Sedan.
