[FWDLK] How do you remove a door handle

I've copied the page from my '55 DeSoto FSM if anyone wants it.  They apparently hadn't invented special tool C-3448 yet, so they use one straight and one bent screwdriver.  Works well.  Just lift up with the curved screwdriver towards the outside of the car on the left side when the handle is pointing down.
