TTI's making a set of ceramic coated headers for the 318 poly, but they're not cheap.  $620 when I bought a set last August.

I know a few who have them and have installed them and they fit great.  I'm waiting to finish my motor before installing mine.

I'm not sure about the 326 or spitfires though, you'd have to ask,
