[FWDLK] NOS door handle Id

Just picked up a NOS rear door handle with part number 1750186 on the back which is probably casting no and not part number.  Not in any of the manuals I have looked in darn it!

 

It is smooth faced and a lift handle design of course.  Since it doesn't have a lock cylinder I'm assuming it is a rear one but could be mistaken.

 

The unit is about 6 1/2 wide and 3 high.  Part number seems around 57-58 I believe

 

Any Id help out there??
