Group, As Neil states below, my 56 Dodge (I can verify its originality as my mother bought the car new and kept every scrap of documentation) came with 57 exhaust. I remember my father coming home from the service garage saying the person putting the new tailpipes on was confused until he concluded it was a 57 exhaust. Never say never...
