I had Tower Paint make up a custom match spray can based on a vinyl sample I sent them. The vinyl spray stuff is actually just regular paint with a flex agent (and probably a flattening agent as well to give it a semi-gloss finish). While not cheap, it matched perfectly, right down to the gloss level.
