You can buy universal tether strap kits. I think in the U.S. they are called the latch system. It comes with an attachment point and a very large rounded washer. They are designed for the package tray. They are very available here in Canada, I would think any place that sells children's car seats should have them, Walmart, Toys are Us, Autozone, Pep Boys as well. They are about $10.00 or less here, A little more if you need the strap. Most seats come with the straps. I like Julio's plates for installing floor mounted seatbelts.
