Everyone should have in his library the 5/57 ("Plymmie; Fury  vs.
Stock") , and the 1/58 ("1000 mile test-58 Fury") issues of Hot Rod.

Great sources of technical information, including, as per the former:
standard PLY T/bar's (and Dodge & DeS Firedome) : 44.6 "
 6-cyl cars have 1" bars, standard thickness
for V/8's (incl CRL): 1.04";  Fury  (& Coro & Roys, which like the
Furies, did NOT have sway bars, UN-like the CRL's, which DID have them)
: 1.09"  .  The article states that the 1.04's  are 
are about 7.25%  stiffer than the 1-inchers, and that the 1.09's are
over 9% stiffer than the 1.04's and 16% stiffer than the 1-inchers.

I don't know, off-hand, what the lower control arm working-length is,
but it/they were the same on all 57-58 models.

The 5/57 article doesn't say what the front 'spring-ratings' may be,
BUT...

the 1/58 says that : "..the standard passenger front spring [1.04"] rate
is 125 lbs/sqin , and that the Fury [and Coros & Roy's; 1.09" ] is 145
lbs/sqin.

I retrofitted Coro/Roy/Fury bars (952/953 P.N.)
onto my CRL , years ago.

I don't know anything about the shorter 1959 bars, but, hopefully some
mathematical genius, here, who knows the working length of the LCA,
AND the o.a. length of the 59 bars , can figure-out the formula to
calculate the spring rates of the 59's.

BTW, the thickness of the 300/ADV/IMP bars
was 1.11" , but they were longer than the PLY/DOD, @ 48.6" , and they
were 40% stiffer than the NY'ers 1.02" bars, but the 3/57 issue of MoTor
Trend (has the white 300 convie, on the cover) does NOT say what either
model's spring rate was!!--I'm sure it is revealed in some other
publication [A.M.A. specs?] ; but not herein. 

This article does say that the 300's (& NY'ers) 7 rear leaf springs have
a rating of 135lb/sqin,   "..which is about 50% greater than those on
'standard' [which ONES??] cars."
