But, NOW is the time to start "playing" the scammer, by pretending to
coperate with him, but always "seeming" to encounter one 'problem',
after another, while, also,  trying to get him to 'jump-thru-hoops' , to
try to satisfy YOU---like, trying, for-example,. to set-up a MEETING ,
with him, in HI, with a friend of yours, or, an attorney [ altho THAT
might scare-him-off, too fast ] to discuss
the car/documents/MONEY (you get the idea)--"watch" for his whining &
excuses!!
