Don't know for sure on your tank, but if the drain plug has a square hole in it , use a 3/8" Ratchet or Braker-bar.

As to the filler nick, support the tank, remove the straps and start letting the tank down. The tank will start to tilt as the filler hose si still hooked up. At some point, you will be able to get to the filler hose clamps as the Tank tips.

Second, how do you remove the filler tube, since you can't see or access it while the tank is in place? I tried feeling for the clamp, but I'm sure there's plenty of dirt at the connection that makes it impossible to know exactly what I'm feeling. Any tips?
