Don't know for sure on your tank, but if the drain plug has a square
hole in it , use a 3/8" Ratchet or Braker-bar.
As to the filler nick, support the tank, remove the straps and start letting the tank down. The tank will start to tilt as the filler hose si still hooked up. At some point, you will be able to get to the filler hose clamps as the Tank tips.
