Hi, Suzi; I don't know about the details of hydro-excavating, but EYE
wouldn't want to use any system, that might hurt the car (e,g,: getting
it soaked, via some void in the concrete crypt; also hydro bwould me
rather messy, in this application.

Tulsa IS planning on televising the un-earthing, via closed circuit (to
paying attendees), but, the car will be removed in a 'covered'
condition,
and flat-bedded to the Convemntion Center, where the covering will be
removed, for the 1st time, on the 'stage', inside the Convention Center,
@ 6:30Pm on 6/15 .
