Well, I'll have to change my epithet, from Deadler-Chrysler, to Generic-Chrysler. This new "absorption" WILL eliminate ANY 'corporate' identity for Chrysler. "GM-Chrysler"? I doubt it. As far as the "investor group" which allegedly was negotiating for the salvation of Chrysler (Ioaccoccaocca & Kerkorian?---they tried to take-over Chrysler, pre-Deadler) , I had held out wild hope that "they" would resurrect Plymouth, as an entry-level marque/Green- emissions/people's-car; which is what Deadler NEVER figured out: entry-level cars/brand- identity/ brand-loyalty establishment !! With the Mark of Excrement, controlling Chrysler; Plymouth IS a Dodo-car. Wonder if Chrysler dealers will sell that wonder-of-marketing: Pluto (I mean: Saturn; now THERE'S a planet, to name a car 'after'!)
