Well let's agree to disagree. The content in the link was out of place for
Forward Look website. As far as where you got it, you're still using it out
of context. If I saw it on a gay themed website, probably I'd enjoy it, but
I was stunned to see it on the Forward Look. Not funny, wrong, wrong. You
have a different point of view. Okay, I guess we move on. I guess I did
miss your intended point as the point I got was offensive. Onward. I'll
try to skip your posts in future.

Good Day Henry, And I quote..."...and a fair warning...anyone who is offended by stuff shouldn't click the link. I'm saying this now because I don't expect to hear anyone complaining it is inappropriate because they clicked the link and were offended even when I said they shouldn't."I think you're reading way too much into things and/or missing the point. For what it's worth, I found the graphic on an import website a long time ago, meaning even they can appreciate the humor in poking a little fun at themselves.Cheers.----- Original Message ----- From: "Henry Hopkins" <hhrp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: "Garrett" <TheBulkster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Cc: <L-Forwarlook@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, March 20, 2007 6:37 PM Subject: Honda AD?????Garrett, what is your point???? Warning or not, that attachment should not be included on the Forward Look site. Yes, it's a Honda so that fits, but the text? Are you saying/implying that those who don't share your ideas on the fate of Chrysler aren't heterosexual???????? What does that have to do with a Forward Look discussion? Perhaps I missed something in the back and forth on the subject, but my take is that you are waaaaaaaaaay out of line.I hope there is a webmaster similar to the IML(Imperial site). If so, you should be taken off the site permanently. I am offended, deeply so by your attachment.Henry Hopkins----- Original Message ----- From: "Garrett" <TheBulkster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>To: <L-FORWARDLOOK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, March 20, 2007 12:18 PM Subject: Re: [FWDLK] FW: [FWDLK] Future of Chrysler Group?Man...I didn't expect a lecture and a quiz, but if that means you'll send me an MBA, I'll get right to work analyzing and answering those e-mails.I think your questions, however, are more related to economics, and less related to "operations management," which was my area of specialization (not that the facetiousness of your questions makes them hard to answer). If you could focus more on production methods/techniques, including lean production (which, yes, could be traced back to the US), and other ways companies are able to gain or sustain a competitive advantage, I might be able to better listen and pay attention. In other words, our major areas of interest were more so how to avoid being the ones caught with our pants down.Unfortunately, philiosophy and what we thought was "fair" were not subjects I studied either.Anyway, I think you need this, Neil...and a fair warning...anyone who is offended by stuff shouldn't click the link. I'm saying this now because I don't expect to hear anyone complaining it is inappropriate because they clicked the link and were offended even when I said they shouldn't.http://www.fullsizegm.com/honda.jpg----- Original Message ----- From: "eastern sierra Adj Services" <esierraadj@xxxxxxxxx> To: "Garrett" <TheBulkster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>; <L-FORWARDLOOK@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>Sent: Tuesday, March 20, 2007 1:59 AM Subject: Re: [FWDLK] FW: [FWDLK] Future of Chrysler Group?Well, let's discuss THIS business model, in your MBA progam, Garrett: How many millions of people reside in Japan? How many MULTI-millions reside HERE? (answer: about 300 million) Which country has GIVEN-away technological innovations , in the 50's & 60's, and which has exploited those advantages? Which country has protective import restrictions, and which country protects its monetary valuations, to make its exports cheap? Which country has economicaly invaded the other one, taking advantage of receving State provided tax-breaks, in competition with other represeed-revenue/employment states, to manufacture cars/trucks at a lower unit-cost than its 'domestic' (don't want to give-away the answers, here, Garrett; this is a TOUGH Business School course, here) competition, which is entrenched in a high-business cost environment. Which country has dominated the other's ADVERTISING, in EVERY-possible venue, so as to establish a "domestic" entity/existence? You'll have to pardon me, here, folks, this is ONLY 'off' the top of my head; no deep business-school model- research being done here. And, yes, I DID major in Bus Admin, @ Miami U. , in Oxford, OH (class of'72).
