[FWDLK] KOTV SAYS CAR WAS TOTALLY SUBMERGED IN WATER

KOTV Web cast reported at 1:45 AM EST Thursday. They said there was about 3 foot of water in the vault and it looks like it was completely submerged at one time judging from  the water stains on the inside of the vault. If you watch the video below you can pause it and see the water marks on the inside of the vault higher than the car and the tear in the plastic on the left inside fin. Sad.
