Bitchin, like avocado, and salsa, were west coast terms, never heard
east of the Mississip.

"Tuff"  appeared in Toledo around 1960.

WE had "hood(lum)s" and Soc(ial)s" , 
and J(uvenile) D(elinquent)'s ", though.
