I think you'll find the car was originally gold on the exterior, too, from
the sound of the way the description is worded. It sounds like the
restoration was very basic and not so much worried about being 100% correct.
They also note application of POR-15 inside the trunk and all over the undercarriage, which may account for the heavily painted look since the stuff is very thick. Given the cost of rust fixative, a complete paint job, and a windshield, I'd think that the seller would be content with a Reserve around $30K. The trunk underside looks like it got hit with a pretty heavy paint application (covering the thin asphaltic deadener strips, on it).
