I'm about 8 months behind on my Hot Rod reading,
but it's great to know I have something good to look forward to (I think I'm on
Feb or March 07 right now...I'm sure they're up to at least Nov or Dec).
I'm glad I don't have more than one magazine subscription to keep up
with....
They do come up with some neat photos from time to
time, Mopar and otherwise...and for like $10 a year, that's tough to
beat.

for my return flight, I noticed the Winter 2007 Hot Rod Magazine
edition.
It?s all about Hemis and among
many other appealing photos it features a 2 page photo with the following
caption:

Test
This great
shot is of Bob Osieki?s garage that was a couple miles south of Daytona Beach, Florida. The engine being tested is for a
?56 Dodge D-500 that was eventually driven on the sand to 130.577 mph by Dodge
engineer Danny Eames.
It?s a Super D-500 (2x4
intake).
