[FWDLK] 57-59 Chrysler cast Iron Torqueflite 3 speed automatic transmission

Hello out there.

I have a 57-58 cast iron Torqueflite that I would like to have overhauled. It is an extra one, not in a car. I know George Riehl well. He has done 3 for me. But he is a long way from Atlanta. It cost over $300.00 to ship one to and from him. So I would like to find some one in a 250 mile radius of Atlanta that has the experience and expertise to work on one of these.

I have talked to a couple of transmission shops here in the north Atlanta area, and they don't want to work on these older transmissions. And they do not know anyone that does.There may be someone here in Atlanta, but I don't know how to find him short of calling every shop in the phone directly.

So if anyone has had a good experience with a good transmission guy within 250 miles of here who would do one of these, please let me know.
