[FWDLK] VIN number?

Hey guys -

 

Is 38018125 a '60 Plymouth serial number?   It seems to be but the second character and the 4th don't check out - I seem to recall the '60 Fury convert my buddy sold a while back had that 1 in the plant ID location too.
