Guys,
A few days ago I posted a message that the fuel pump in my '58 Coronet needed rebuilding. I received several recommendations, some of which led me to the supplier, Then & Now Automotive (www.then-now.com) in Weymouth, Mass. These guys make their own rebuild kits for $30 and provide full rebuild services for $75. So, since the price difference between a kit and a rebuild was somewhat negligible, plus a one year warranty is provided on their rebuilds, the pump was shipped off today. I was told there is a 1 - 2 day turnaround so I should have the pump back by the end of next week.
I would like to again thank Dave Stragand for creating the Forwardlook website, forums... as well as each of the members that contribute and assist each day with the projects and needs of others. Without this group, maintaining my Dodge would be a far more formidable project.
