Re: [FWDLK] 1956 Plymouth, Dodge cowl vent gasket needed

Anyone found a suitable replacement for Station wagon back side window extrusions?  Seems like it would be near impossible to get the corners to seal with anything but OEM or repro (NA?).  (But mine are shot!)

Thx,

I've found that some of Gary's stuff (especially the moldings he has made in Sweden), is quite good.  Other stuff isn't, such as the trunk weatherstrip, which is too hard and made my trunk lid stick up unacceptably, or his window channel, which was way too narrow for the front door glass.

I solved the trunk lid problem by using 68-72 GM A-body repro weatherstrip, which was much softer than the Goers stuff. Now my trunk lid fits well. For the window channel, I ordered from JC Whitney. Now my windows go up and down like new.
