I need advice on my 3-speed Dodge Royal 270 poly-engined manual transmission, and thanks to all in advance: There is more than one transmission used, I've found. The common input shafts (sometimes nicknamed "candlesticks") on most of these are shorter than what I found in mine. I'm needing the rarer longer shaft and bearing, and why there are two (or maybe even more) types is a mystery.
