I'm hostorm nd praying that everyone in the path of
the storm comes through with minimal effects, damages etc. That everyone stays
safe. Here in the Valley of Eastern Tennessee the most significant effect was
lost of cold rain some wind gusts of a little over 20 MPH and some rain and snow
mix in the higher elevations such as Mt. Leconte and the closing of U.S. 441 to
N.C. The best part of living in this area is that Hurricanes and major storms
usually follow the Mountain chains and the repurcussions are usually much less
in the Tennessee valley. Still yet I'm already missing the 100 degrees of July
but I'd prefer the mid 80's of last week and most of last month. There are still
a few small local car shows and cruise ins in this area until time to put the
cars away for the winter.
Again Everyone stay safe and thoughts and prayers
go to you all in the path of the storm.
