Hence that's why I'm looking for a good source to get the boot and the well. 
Found 1957-58 and '55 but not '56.  That supplier says '55 and '56 wells are 
different.

The top 'boots' were a lot more than just a sheet of vinyl.

Dunno about 1956, but in '57, the boots had a heavy backing
on them; photos available by PM.
