| Not my area of expertise, but I do not believe so. The Dodge body is narrower.
In 57 the seat frames were more universal, with Imperial being the odd app, but in the 56 and earlier cars, the DeSoto-Chrysler-Imperial shared a basic shell, and the Dodge-Plymouth were notably smaller in both length and width.
