It's usually helpful if you tell us what kind of car it
is. :-)
If you can't find a replacement from a parts car, it
shouldn't be particularly difficult to make one out of thick felt. Use a matte
knife to cut out the rectangles for the push buttons. I assume that is the
'gasket' that you are referring to.

I opened the
Pushbutton Pod to replace a burned out bulb & found the Gasket had
crumbled to dust. I've tried Obsolete Auto Parts & Imperial Service with
no luck. Any ideas? It would be tough to make a new one from
scratch.
