I bet it’s Bar’s Leaks Liquid
Copper sealer. It looks just like you described it. It used to
be fairly common additive to stop pinhole leaks. I’d run across it on the
occasional flush-n-fill back in my days as a mechanic.

brass in anti-freeze?
These are bright brass colored
spots in the coolant, barely big enough to see.
Wonder
if they used some sort of sealer. Like "Solder Seal". That or something of that
ilk look like shards of a brownish metal.
