After installing the 440 in the 48 Windsor plus the air/cond and the 707, I was in real trouble without power steering, so much so, that if I entered an alley and found no exit at the end, figured to have to abandon the car. Took all the front clip off again and can't quite remember who told me to buy a rack and pinion power steering unit for a Cavalier, maybe '92? An Eaton pump provided the push and the bracketry to mount the rack was pretty simple for a good welder. I probably have photos although the car now lives near Portland. Larry Jett When I was a boy, I was told that anybody could become President: I'm beginning to believe it.
