Re: [Chrysler300] Big block mufflers

hate ro be the barer of bad news, but a muffler on a stock engine is Not
going to be worth the claims made. i always use flowmasters, and wont switch. if
you have an engine able to support the airflow gained in the exhaust, you'd
need headers to go with it. then you may see notable gains like advertised.
Never believe what the manufacturer claims. It is always based on an engine with
the mods to support the higher end of gains.
You Definatly will gain power by switching mufflers, dont get me wrong, but
the sound is the most rewarding aspect. And pretty much all the mufflers are
good, flowmaster, dynomax, edelbrock, etc. just a shame to spend more on a
nos piece than aftermarket and have a longer life out of it, and BE heard, the
attention our cars deserve. and any other car for that.

just tired of manufactures putting false ideas in peoples heads, NOT
responding to anybodys message. just my three cents, tim
