Can anyone help me find some good coil overs for the rear and new for the fronts also. I want gas charged shocks all the way around and was hoping I could get some feedback from others who have driven C300's and/or 300B's with different shocks and what they thought of them. The idea was to move the K from one bay to the other, to give the flatbed carrying the F a straight shot to the garage door (as opposed to having to manuver around the driveway). In any event, the K has been sitting for over a year (I know - bad me!) without being touched. I hooked up the battery, got in, hit the ignition and, in a few tries, the car fired up - shaky at first, but eventually all eight were purring nicely. I let the car warm up for about ten minutes to get everything warm and running, planning on shifting it a couple of times without letting the car move, just to get the trans moving. I put my foot on the brake pedal, and it went directly to the floor and stayed there - no return, no nothing. I opened up the master cylinder and it was completely dry - not a drop. No evidence of a leak from the master - no evidence of leaks from the brake lines or at the wheels. Any thoughts? The gasket on the master was fine - in good shape, and the seal on the master was good. I had driven the car to the garage and parked it, with the brakes working in good order. One would think that if the brake fluid were leaking there would be evidence of it at least on the floor. When we eventually moved the car, the only thing on the floor was a small spot of transmission fluid, which is more than understandable. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
