1961 Chrysler Newport

HELP!! It's not a letter car but I have a chance to buy a 1961 Chrysler Newport 4dr from the original owner and it has only 39k original miles on the car. I used to deliver papers (30 some years ago) to this couple and the husband has passed away and the widow is going to sell me the car. I want to make her a fair offer and need your help. This car is pristine and always garaged. The couple had 4 cars and this one is totally original and has FINS....let me know what you would pay for this car and I will average the amounts to make her a fair offer......the car is light green with light green interior with no damage ever.........e-mail me with your advice.....Rusty in Oregon 300C coupe
