Help again !!!!

How can I separate the mirror section (glass and rounded housing) from the "bullet" section ???

I'm calling the "bullet" the piece that is attached, by two screws, to the twin strut that mounts to the fender.

I hope to get one good assembly from four pieces of do-do.
