300 C/D Stumble

<PRE>My 300 D has has this stumble on acceleration and turns every since I 
installed the dual quads. I've seen that shop bulletin. It calls for the 
use of "Mopar tool number xxxx". Sorta hard to know exactly where to fix 
unless one knows what this darn tool is! McTaggart
