Auto interior/body work - book recommendations?

I am looking for the help of the wealth of knowledge available through 300 lovers the world over. Does anyone have a recommendation for a book on do-it-yourself interiors? A how-to book of recovering door panels, seats, etc.

Also, any recommendation for a auto body work book?
