I'm having the same problem with my '64 Sport Coupe. If I'm correct, these 
brakes are self - adjusting. Could it be that the adjusters are not working 
correctly. I intend to take the wheels off to look at mine in the Apring. 
Car stops well, but the pedal is almost to the floor.
