Hi Chris: No difference at all. If it's for a 440 the year doesn't matter.
It's the same distributor, module, wiring harness and ballast
resistor. Go to it and happy motoring, you can forget about
points. I have it in my '68 Imperial, '61 Newport wagon with a '68
440 and even the distributor on my 'F' has been converted to
electronic.
