Matt,
NAPA has a set that will I believe work for you and it has the straight red 
boots. I used one set on my '61 Newport wagon 361 engine 3 years ago. 
NAPA # 700170 @ $48 list and $36.50 Net Got rotor and cap from them as 
well but I don't know if 413's are the same. #'s are AL125 Rotor ($4) and 
AL129 for Cap ($13).
