e-Bay 300 parts

Folks,
Recently, I've noticed an insidious little trend creeping in to sales of some 300 used parts on e-Bay.
If any of you regularly check for 300 bits and pieces as I do, how about this?
Got an F or G console? Well, don't sell it intact.....oh no....break it down to 6 separate parts, including the hinge for the lid ! and the 2 ashtrays.
Wheelcovers similar. Sell off the stainless in one auction, and separately, the centre.
Or a grille. Take it apart and sell the individual pieces. You make more! Apparently.
I don't think it's a good thing, greed seems to be taking over, more and more.
It makes owning a 300 letter car that needs parts almost an out of sight ambition for new entrants in today's market.
