Hello to all.

This one looks suspicious, but could be legitimate.  For that reason I
respond with an explanation that due to the risk of a scam I will only
accept cash on delivery.  In other words, when I have the cash in my hand
I will release the car to them.  I also explain that the cash can be
delivered by them, their agent, courier, their shipper, etc.  If don,t
hear from them again, which is what has happened each time so far, good
riddance and maybe they won"t try me again.  If someone agrees to these
requirements I will ensure that the bills have different S/Ns and contain
the built in security features.  

Does anyone have opinions about my procedure?
