Dennis, we all thank you for your efforts. It has proved useful over 
the years, and has saved much effort on our part. I remember it was a 
year by year compilation and took a lot of work  by you.

these kind of things are what  this group is all about, hard work by a 
few for the good of many!  And, as always, reflect the status at that 
time. So, remember folks, your results may vary!
