Tim I think you are looking at the wrong end of the car ! You seam to have done everything to check the front. A left rear that is not working or partially working would cause pulling to the right. I used to race oval track and would ether remove about 1/2 the lining or the whole left front break. You could really snap it into a turn on dirt and then steer with the throttle.
