I am sorry. I lost my head and read the rules. Somewhere in there it does suggest that Vendor related topics are allowed(no matter how much I dislike this terminology--kinda reminds me of asking the teacher if I can be excused to go to the bathroom--). This is covered under "Approved topics include:" Feedback regarding Vendors and suppliers of Chrysler 300 parts, cars and related services. If auto insurance companies are not a related vendor service, I would be hard pressed to describe what is. I was unable to find any information regarding posting of subjects that were previously discussed therefore forbidding opening a new discussion on them. Perhaps an index could be created of all non approved subjects(those that have been discussed before) so that some other member does not in the future make the severe error in protocol and cause distress to certain members. May I also ask, who within the Club has the unrestricted right to ban a dues pay member of this club from participating in this forum(as in Abuse may result in removal from this list server). And where is this authority granted in the bylaws? Somehow I suspect that it could done arbitrarily. Incidentally I have tonight read "Argumentative or disruptive messages" from both sides of this debate. Roger Schaaf ----- Original Message ----- From: "John J.
