RE: [Chrysler300] F,G or H steering wheel cover

My steering wheel was recast in 1991 by John Veatch in Texas. I have never
had a problem with it, although the wheel has never been exposed to much
below 30 degrees F. Although he is not doing this anymore, it would be
interesting to know what the plastic compound was that he used, and how it
may differ from what is currently being used.

Brandt, I am surprised to hear that your wheel cracked, especially since you
are in Southern CA. I would contact the recaster and see what he has to say
about it.
