[Chrysler300] Ballast Resistor

On the firewall of my air conditioned 300F, on the driver's side are two
resistors. One is cylindrical, and the other is more flat. Question: which is
the ballast resistor, and which side of the resistor (physically) is the
output side, that feeds directly into the coil? The reason I am asking is that
the coil input wire broke off somewhere in the wiring harness, and I'm gonna
have to fabricate a new wire from the output of the ballast resistor and run
it to the coil. Thanks for whomever can provide any help here. McTaggart
