Hello John S. and all! Some of this info. is from a previous email from John Hertog. Thanks John! About the 4spd F convertible, the car has gone from Tom Turner of  Birmigham, AL., to Milton Robson of Gainesville, GA. I had seen before in the past on previous newsflights, the car advertised at (I believe but not for sure) $225,000 and the last time for sure, at $195,000. Now this car is my ULTIMATE dream car (no kidding, probabley everybody's)! For some reason, I believe to think it is (but not sure) around a cond. #3? As some of us know, it was the only covertible out of the 9 to 10 4spd Fs that were built. Also (extra info)., the only one with air belongs to Wayne Graefen of Texas. There is no mistaking it, it is the same car - look at the underhood shots - same aftermarket air cleaners, same wrong color hoses, etc.

Both ads are running simultaneously, and currently appear on the site.

I just say this in the light that I have been thinking about buying a '56 through '61 300 in nice driver condition, and advertised prices, as we have seen, are escalating at light speed.  Though I haven't been in the club from the start, I do recall a number of C and D convertibles advertised in the club newsletter in the $5000 range around 1979/1980. 

On that note, does anyone know what the convertible F 4-speed changed hands for? I'm almost afraid to find out.
