I had the same thing happen to me. When I went to the dept. of Consumer Afairs. Auto repair div. they gave me a list of things to do to help them build a case againest the paint shop. The day we went to court the paint shop closed the doors and left town and I got stuck with the mess. It cost me twice as much to repair the damage as the new paint jobdid.
